Trying a new eating routine. Eating lunch at noon, and dinner by 5pm and nothing more until lunch the next day! I feel totally full and stayed within my macros. Can’t wait until my birthday to get on the scales. It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve weighed in. Can tell the inches are coming off. Got all my water in already as well! Keto On!!
