Day 2 set up: did a 4k walk in the a.m. and finished grocery shopping. Will spend time today making up some of my recipes for the week. The weekly meal plan I put together yesterday looks healthy, yummy and, in a word, Awesome. Joined a 4 week challenge and am looking forward to the support and accountability. Biggest challenge this week will be not smoking; second biggest will be going to the gym Mon-Thur.
