So it's the weekend. I'm finding that keeping up with everything is getting easier:)
Hopefully I can stay on this track when school starts up.
I find what other people post on fatsecret to be very encouraging. No one is perfect. Some days we have our good days and some are bad days. I get upset when it's so easy for people to eat anything they want to, and not gain a single pound. Here I struggle all the time with my weight :(
On here I feel better because it's comforting to know there are other people out there like me.
