I started this journey 9yrs ago at 181 and after 2 kids, working nights, little to no sleep/exercise I'm still here at 225. I need to change something or I am going to be sick like my patients.
It's so exhausting carrying this weight around. I am now getting winded at the slightest of exercise. I used to love going to the gym.
I also thought I was eating better only to find out I am over eating at a ridiculous rate.
and now I'm feeling discouraged all over again.
I wish I loved myself enough to really make a change instead of putting everyone else first.
