I ended up eating all my turkey casserole in 1 day (yesterday). That's the way it goes when you turn to food to calm your nerves and comfort you during crisis. I didn't eat any crappy foods, just more than my fair share of casserole. So, today I only had a salad...and a lemon for dessert.
