There ye go! Think you are headed somewhere, and then you're so not! So disappointed to not see the scale drop back towards the 140. Was so hoping to get down to sub 140 before my Birthday next week. It seems like a step forward and its two back always. This is really tough. I am eating very clean :(
I try hard to eat more protein, but god I feel awful and queasy when I do. How do you eat 40/50gs of protein. Tough one?

What a bummer but look on the bright side - your trend is still downwards. You've lost about 8kg in a month which is pretty impressive. Whatever you've been doing seems to work for you so don't worry if "they" say you should eat more protein or go low carb or whatever. Stick to what you know works 👍🏻 All the best!

2 scoops of protein powder is around 45g of protein. I always add a spoonful of smooth peanut butter too

If you want more protein from foods, without increasing your fat too much, you could start eating more Total 0 greek yoghurt, chicken breast, turkey breast, tinned tuna, flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds. Boring but good protein :)

Thank you so much guys for all the help. I think I just need to accept my results are going to bounce around a bit rather than be linear. Thank you Phooka for reminding me .. I guess we tend to focus on our immediate issues rather than looking at the general trend, and you are right I should take some heart from that. Thank you.
jonswaffield I might need to try a protein shake then, that's interesting it adds so much in just two scoops. I am having eggs chicken and tuna all day and can't seem to eat more than 25% trying my best effort .. I guess I just naturally crave vegetarian over meat. :(
What are the best protein shakes to get? That is a completely new world for me.
