This is my struggle, medicating with food. I am trying to re-program my long standing habit. It's programed into us at childhood. Did you fall down and get a "Boo-Boo". Here Honey, have a cookie...it will make you feel better. Feeling stressed, have some chocolate it will calm you. Lies, Lies, Lies....they are only a temp fix. It adds up over the years and you end up sliding down that slippery slope to poor health.

Me too...so many things to throw us off the track to good health. Gotta remove myself from triggers. Like sitting in front of the tube eating mindlessly.

Prescat, did you see the McKenna shows I posted? I'm not sure if you commented on them? Sorry, just saw your journal entry, but I'm at work so I won't spend too much time going back to check. Anyways, if you haven't - you should! It deals with exactly this re-programming. Or, could it simply be that you got inspired?

King, I did see the McKenna shows you posted. They inspired me to download an app to my Android phone. I found one similar, it's called: " I Can Make You Slim" by Amanda Stanhope. I'll let you know how that goes. Have a Fantabulous Day!
