The weekend was fun. We had another wedding to attend. The food was good. The appetizers were cheese and fruit. So easy for me to choose. The main course was steak, green beans and mashed potatoes with salad. I passed on the cake. I'm very particular with my baked goods. I don't really care for store bought cookies and cakes.

Sunday we made fajitas. Low in fat, but high in sodium. So I am doing lemon water today. My wedding rings a tight! My goal this week is to walk at least 5 times this week, and get all my foods in.

Sounds like you had a fun weekend too! I wished I didnt like store bought cookies and cakes...mmmmmm....cookies and cakes! Haha. Hey thanks for your comment. I DID enjoy the time with my husband and I wont forget those moments, but I know the pounds will go away. =) Good luck this week on exercising and eating all your foods.

Hello Andrea, We are making fajitas this Saturday for my daughter's 13th birthday and I will make sure to do the hot lemon water, thanks for the reminder. I know what you mean about walking 5 times a week, I have been working out for an hour at work on Tuesdays and Thurs and then try to do something else at home, but I always seem to gain weight when I do too much working out....I don't know if this is true or not but if you ever feel like you are going to eat an extra starch and an extra half of a protein, don't eat your second LA lite bar for the day. I read this somewhere on one of the LA weightlosses websites and that is what they said to do. Have a great week. Brandi Alonzo

Laura, I hate exercising. I lost weight everywhere, but my chest. When I do any type of exercise that requires me to jump around, I feel that my "girls" are trying to leave me. I wear two sports bras to keep them in place. I know some women would love to have an ample bosom, and I like it, but sometimes I wish I could just take some of the padding out for one day. Brandi that suggestion about the starch and protein, makes sense. I'll plan for that the next time I have a party or event to attend. Thanks so much for your support and funny/helpful comments. I really enjoy this site, and miss it when I don't have access to you all!

I try to walk 15 minutes on the treadmill here at work and on the weekends I try to hit the eliptical at the club house. Did not do anything this week since Friday. Ugh. Probably is a factor in my sleight weightgain. Just went down and did my fifteen minutes for today. I love the way I feel after I am done. Less appetite and better attitude! Yeaah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Andrea, you are cracking me up about your bosom....he he, wish I had some. I totally have lost all of mine, I am wearing a full A...yes, a full A right now. When I started at 228 I was wearing a full B. As the lbs fall so does that area....I am getting breast implants when I am finished with my weight loss, that is how small I am now...Geeze. Anyway. I enjoy this sight much better than the Yahoo la weightloss.

Balonzo, I have no butt. My husband tells me I suffer from No-ass-at-all disease. My mother used to tell me when I was small enough to sit on her lap that I had rocks in my back pocket. In other words a bony butt! Which my son has inherited. Fortunately my daughter has a bubble butt. Don't know where that came from. Oh well, I guess that's why they say no one is perfect!
