I ate and drank alot through out the holiday weekend. it has been hard to get back into a good routine. I am not making excuses. It is what it is. I will be skipping my weigh in this week. I don't want to discourage myself. I will weigh in thursday of next week. today is the first day back to writing down what i eat.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 May 2012:
1484 kcal Fat: 50.47g | Prot: 48.26g | Carb: 287.95g.   Breakfast: coffee, honey, quick oats, wheat germ, Fresh Frozen Wild Blueberries. Lunch: sweet and sour sauce, onions, mushroom, long grain instant white rice. Dinner: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mushroom, frozen green bean, stove top stuffing, grilled chicken. Snacks/Other: Popcorn, sour cream and onion chips, olive oil, melon, honey, Lowfat 2% Greek-Style Yogurt - Plain, orange. more...
