Weighed in this morning and I believe I am around 180-181 lbs!!!
My scale isn't he best but I have seen some good results this week. I fit into a shit I haven't worn in 1 1/2 years, my waist looks thinner, muscles are more defined.
This was the end of week 3 of P90x. What does that mean? That means I've completed the main phase 1 workout and my muscles are now tired of working out a bit. Basically, I am much better at completing each exercise but the muscles are a bit worn out too.
This week is a recovery week where I will focus on yoga, stretching, kempo and my core.
My goal for this week is to add some running and try to flatten out my stomach.
