Have been very bad as far as snacks are concerned, which is partly why I have put a pound back on this week - but my psyche needed a break from all the counting and weighing and measuring - and I have been pre-menstrual this week, craving anything and everything and feeling bloated from retaining loads of water, as well as my IBS, so I don't think that a gain of a pound is actually that bad. I now have a week off and I'm going to do loads of gym work, gardening and housework, and as long as I stay below 128lbs, I will be happy. :)
