It really does take having self motivation....until you get sick and tierd of living and looking the way you do....you wont succeed. I know it took me over a year to finally comit to losing weight and getting healthy. But once I comitted and changed the way I was thinking it was much easier. You really CAN DO IT...you just have to make the choice to change. Food is a wonderful comforting crutch...but you can learn to walk without depending on it so much ! :)
