I can't believe it. I lost another six lbs. this week. Total weight loss to date is 11 lbs., with 14 in the past two weeks (I gained over the holidays).
I may be going a little too fast for my own good, because I heard that your metabolism can go into starvation mode, and the losses slow down even if you're faithful to your diet.
I told the WW instructor today that I've been very diligent about exercise, water consumption and writing everything down.
Perhaps I've been a little too diligent. I don't take credit for activity points, and haven't taken advantage of the weekly points allowance.
Anyway, right now I'm very satisfied with my progress, but want to keep it going.
