2400 calories...and I know it's not going to help, but I entered the value of the meal from the Chili's website. I did not get the coleslaw on the sandwich, which would account for 180 calories.

Also, the cookies are when you make 36 out of a batch...my cookies are a little bit smaller, closer to 90 calores.

I am still 400 calories over my RDI. Hopefully this won't be as detrimental as it was last week. I've really got to stop doing this or I'm going to undo all the work I've done this far. I really hate the way I'm feeling right now, and although it will be helpful I don't think a workout will make me feel any better...

This is kind of a make it or break it time for me...there have been 2 weekends in a row where I've gone over my RDI. The cycle needs to stop. It tooke me 4 days to get over last weeks. I don't want to plateau at 281...I've been stuck here for about 2 weeks. I've got about 5 weeks to reach my milestone of 275.

Keep trying. You messed up, learn from it. I tell myself that "I am capable of controlling my diet and that I can be strong" everyday in the mirror. You should too, because it honestly sounds like you are scared. Don't be, you can do it! remember, YOU are in controll. :) I'm routing for you.

Wow, 36 pounds?! That's fantastic progress. You're aware of where you need to make changes, and that's what's going to keep that weight chart dropping! I just recently realized I hit a plateau, but I'm trying to stay positive and motivated myself. Don't get discouraged - be aware of your RDI and get to working out! Stay focused on your 275 milestone and you'll make it there.

I just talked to my doc today...apparently the 1800 cal RDI is the minimum caloties I should eat. So this wasn't as big of a mistake as I thought. In fact, it helped me drop a few pounds because I've not been eating enough! Thank you both for the encouragement! It really helps a lot.
