Day 6 LCHF done! No problem with intermittent fasting 16/8. No sugar cravings whatsoever. Hopefully I have a weight loss soon. I think I had a stall as a result of using Ricola sugar-free throat lozenges over 3 day period due to my flu symptoms. I stopped using them yesterday.
