Oh my goodness I totally mess up my diet plan today. No matter what I'd eaten I just could not get my taste buds satisfied. Now Im feel so guilty when I was doing so well. I've been so busy I did not get to exercise on my treadmill today. this morning I did go to each neighbor on our block and took their trashcans up to their driveway by their garage door after the trashman had come and gone, along with placing their news paper to their front door also.I can count walking exercise outdoors instead of my treadmill. It was great to be outside we had such a lovely day. Dang! Actually we had a HEAT WAVE... It suppose to turn cold again and maybe get some more snow, which I love.. Let it snow! Let it snow!
