MEALS:
Lunch: had a nap and slept right through it. 2 hrs sleep
Supper: made a purple meal, saute red cabbage, onion, apple, celery seed, balsamic vinegar. A little rice & left-over chill with added black beans, cucumber

THOUGHTS:
Constant rainy drizzle interrupted by torrential downpours all January has certainly dampened my mood. Hoping February starts with a bright sunny day.
