I am so discouraged. Yesterday I had maybe 800 calories and my weight didn't budge. 800 is nothing!!! I took a diet pill, became grumpy, and was still hungry. I feel sick to my stomach. I am not sure hcg is the miracle they claim it to be. On all of the 6 load days I probably had more bread than I should have had, but I wasn't eating the normal candy and sugar. and on Sunday i ate a fraction of the sugar I normally eat. Yesterday I was at 800 calories, which means I was above the recommended 500, but below my normal. If I hadn't gone poop (sorry:)) and peed, I would have been over 175.8. That is all on 800 calories.
I am not sure what is going on with my period. I totally stopped the progesterone because I know without a doubt that is how I gained. So, this week I would be essentially on my period. I guess. It is all a mystery to me. So, I have passed day 7 without a loss at all. Yes, i have cheated, but nothing and I mean nothing compared to how I used to eat.
I am sticking this out - but I am discouraged. Lots of people talk about the 9 lbs they lose the first week. Me? Nothing...
