The weight is coming off effortlessly right now (baby/pregnancy weight). But there are still 17lbs of baby/pregnancy weight I need to lose before getting back to pre-pregnancy weight of 195.
From the 195 mark I would ideally like to lose 20-30 additional pounds. But I'll aim for the 195 first.
I need to start tracking foods, and slowly pick up some exercise so that this just becomes a lifestyle, rather than a diet.
It feels great to not have a big pregnant belly, but 212 is still a lot of weight to be carrying around.
