Frankly, today I would have been ok with going up because yesterday was so good. I have no problem with a .2 today. I can still make 153 by thursday/friday I think.
254.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 84.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
