Swam very hard today for my hour and 6 minutes, swam 1875 yards, and burned 783 calories, kept my heart rate at about 165 BPM. with a few spikes up to 190 BPM I find I can use more of my legs now, with currant weight loss, also concentrated on keeping my abs tight while swimming, sure can feel that now, I need a nap zzzzzzzzzz...
