Nightshade Veggies and joint pain!
I have been doing much research on ways to treat my joint pain, with eating habits! Of course number one thing is to reduce weight, to take pressure off of our joints! But, I had read many articles about "nightshades" causing joint pain, but as I suspected, there is only partial truth in this fact! Thank God, as I LOVE all the items in the nightshade family... here is a very good article I found on why we can still enjoy these veggies in moderation Before I post the link, I want to mention, that I have been cooking with lots more TURMERIC, as it is a natural anti inflammatory, as well as a host of other plants, like garlic, ginger, ext.... here is the article link..

The Bariatric diet
I just had surgery on Nov 27th, best thing I ever did! I am losing weight quickly, I do suggest anyone considering this surgery, I had the gastric sleeve, that you think it over carefully, it took me 20 years of thinking about mine, I do NOT suggest that you take that long! Wish I had done this 15 years ago at least!
