okay... Yesterday I mixed in about 2miles of running into my day that included P90X shoulder & arms. Burnt a ton of calories!
All of this plus I had 3/4 of a NY strip with onions and spinach salad.
Lately I've been reading about how to get 6 pack abs and having a clean diet is going to be critical. My new goal is to get to a point where I can see my abs, something that has never happened in my life.
I figure, if I can get my body fat down to ~10% I'll be there but writing 10% in this blog freaks me out! I don't know if I've ever had my body fat that low. I know I was down in the teen and maybe low teen in high school but that's it.
Next steps... keep a clean diet (not that difficult), mix in running (maybe some intervals once per week or soccer), 6 days per week of p90x.
I can't wait for June 5th!!
