So today was my cheat day. I ordered tofu pad thai from my local shop. It was delicious. I realized though, while eating, that my stomach has shrunk. To the point that I couldn't eat all of my meal. Normally I could have eaten the entire dish plus an entire order of crab rangoon. This time I could only eat half of each. I'm so very full. Almost overly so.
I was still able to stay below my calorie count of 1500. Just barely, but still. The past two weeks my calorie count has been far lower than that. That's a good thing. We'll see what my weigh in is later this week. For now I'm going to freeze my leftovers for another cheat day.
