Feeling very dehydrated after Saturday in Sun & not drinking a lot of water. Goal today is to drink a lot of water--at least 64 oz.
Really feel like I slacked off last week with my first week of OWL & extra veggies. Need to make a weekly/monthly menu & stick with it, especially eating more veggies. Money's tight right now so I couldn't go out to buy more food. But! I did lose ca. 2 lbs last week so I did make progress. And people are starting to notice, so the positive feedback is really helping. :)
