Had leftover pizza for late breakfast & late lunch. Ate ca. 8 strawberries during church (part of berry rung that I'm starting this week, but 8 strawberries is probably more than 5 carbs). Had spaghetti for dinner at a friend's house. They offered to make me a chicken breast, but I declined, since I had already had breads that day. I'm feeling like it's ok to have a "free" day, even if it means it slows down my weight loss. However, a "free" meal 2 weeks ago has turned into 2 "free" days this weekend. I think I need to reign that in.
