Great week, Had a minor slip up (ice-cream with choc sauce). Strange thing though,I didn't get any sort of wow from doing the no-no. All I got out of the deal is an end to "THAT" craving. I lost sleep that night & I was a total bitch to my totally patient,understanding Man. UGH!!!! Oh Well time to move on right.. surge ahead. I did complete each of my challenges. I see no weight drop as of a few days ago..But,I am seeing more of a change in my shape. I need to drop the dammmmm weight faster!!!
