Not happy about my weight gain over the past couple of days. I have not been able to fit in any exercise and have been snacking in the evening due to boredom. I know it'll turn around in the next couple of days and I'll start losing weight again, but at the moment I feel like I'm doomed. It will be one month tomorrow that I started trying to lose weight, so it's still early days. Ho hum.
