Long day today. Went to sleep last night at 10pm and woke up at 4am and couldn't go back to sleep. Foggy, 4hr round trip to SF Bay area for dr appts. I wanted to get home so bad that I skipped lunch while on the road.
Weighed 1/2 lb less this morning!Woo Hoo!
Trying to decide whether to make turkey burgers or philly cheese steak sandwiches for dinner tonight.
