feeling really good today. i feel like i'm making some progress again after a couple of weeks of up and down fluctuation.
migraines off and on all day. one came on as i was eating the sf jello. maybe it has something to do with the aspartame? going to try to be aspartame free tomorrow, drink lots of water, & see if that helps with the headaches.
