I am struggling with my keto plan.i have lost 25 pounds in th fall, and then plateau for 2 months, add Christmas and the stress of having my husband in the hospital for six weeks. It takes me about 5-6 hours to visit him every other day. I can’t seem to get pat this hurdle, so I give up. Eat something with gluten and carb....ie bread item and pow the next day my weight goes up 5 pounds. This carb up causes big problem for me. I just can’t go there. I add fruit maybe every 3-4weeks, but basically it is a thing of the past. No dairy or gluten.... i am usually doing intermittent fasting, 16 hour window, but things just are a mess. Not sure if it is stress related but it is very disheartening to keep,loosing the same 5pounds
