Lunch at 2 pm-saute mushrooms & ham tossed salad. And I just finished supper...8:30 pm - a full plate sized Tuna Tossed Salad. First day since I started FS that I have had 3 healthy meals at 'almost' the proper times. So 20 more days like today and I'll have a new healthy habit formed. So I will call this my 2nd Short Term Goal-by Feb 10, 2018.
