Doing pretty well on my diet most days. My weight loss is on an awesome downhill slide. I am going to get blood work done this morning and then taking my family to the park for playing and a bbq. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday.

Thanks so much. Its been hard work but so worth it. I am sad to say after heading outside we had to turn back for bbq cuz it looks like a storm is brewing. But we will just do family movie night and get something on pay-per-view. Have a great day.
