Well Down another pound guess I will have to work harder this week.. Going to try walking on treadmill 2x's twice a week and one time the other days. Also Sundays i am starting to go to yoga with my sister n law and niece. I am so excited about it :)
208.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Sounds like your mindset is right where it should be! Yoga sounds like fun-especially with family. Have fun, stay focused, and I bet your next weigh in will be even better! =)
