Good morning FS Family!!
I did it, I did it, ohh yeah, yeah, yeah!! (insert happy dance here). I am back in ketosis. Yesterday I went to bed early because I was feeling like I may be coming down with something, but today I feel great. Low carb cocoa and a string cheese stick for breakfast feels like breakfast, not torture. I am grateful for all of the support I received and helpful advice. It would be great if I actually lost some weight this week, but I will settle for being back in ketosis.
