Journal for Jan 15 To bed at 2 am. To sleep at 2:45 am. Awake before alarm at 10:30 am. Slept 7.75 hrs. Breakfast at 10:45 am - Snack at 4 pm - 6 Triscuit with old cheddar cheese melted. Lunch at 1 pm - egg omelet with salsa. Ravenous at 5 pm... I need something bulky & filling, so I made my big soup pot full of my Cabbage Vegetable Lentil Beef Soup. Supper at 6:30 pm of 4 cups of soup. Made 30 cups so lots of servings to freeze, for quick meals.
