Happy Mothers day to all the wonderfual undervalued mothers in the world. I will be calling my mom who lives in another city. My wife and I are off to the daughter's house for supper and the grandchildren. A beautiful day in the prairies.
I did my workout and feel great. Looking forward to good week. Our community garden is ready for planting so I will be starting a plot of potatoes, carrots, onions and something else I guess. I gave this up a few years back because I couldn't bend over to do the weeding. Now I am ready to tackle anything. Wellness is great.
