WOW, Ms. Judyrose! I loved looking at your bio and seeing the consistent weight loss you’ve attained (and especially the specific goals for each UPCOMING day!) I also see that you exercise (my body cringes when I say that word), and that you are a meticulous recorder of everything that goes into your body. I’ve been dabbling with making entries this past week, but have had trouble putting in EVERYTHING, because I haven’t had the time to actually calculate everything that goes into the recipes that I make at home. I will do better. I’ve had been trying to finish off the last bit of higher-carb foods around here. I had a molar pulled yesterday, so eating for the next couple days will be trickier than usual. SO privileged to walking beside someone with so much experience and success for the next 90 days. Hopefully, some of your resolve and meticulousness will rub off on me. Here’s to your CONTINUED success, and reaching that goal of 180. I know you can do it!
