Well, the scrimmage game was cancelled... but on top of that, the captain had the wrong area code for my phone number, so I didn't get the text that the game was off... So I got all ready, and headed out to meet everyone and waited like 20 minutes...

Anyway, did a bit on my Wii, the challenge for the day. It was only 30 minutes but at least I did something. I usually try for closer to an hour. Tomorrow I'm going to pair up one of my DVDs (my Ab DVD) with the Wii.

Trying to get my calories burned per day to a more reasonable number, found BMR on a couple other sites so I set that as my default.
