Journal for Jan 10th, yesterday. To sleep at 3 am. Awake at 10:30 am with alarm. Good sleep 7.5 hrs. Baked some mini blueberry muffins. Also vacuumed the house so entered some exercise for first time.
Breakfast of poached eggs at noon so entered it as lunch. Supper at 7:30 pm. Make turkey fajitas with leftover turkey I had in freezer but there wasn't very much so I added 1 tin of cooked lentils to add more protein and fibre. Was delicious so I added a recipe. Evening snack of 3 mini blueberry muffins.
