completed my 3rd day of intermittent fasting (22 hours fasting period). i am eating good food until i am full and amazingly i am not bothered by hunger. the real test will come tomorrow as i plan gym day.
201.7 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
