So awesome! Lovely numbers! 🙆🏻Woot! I had the same feeling when I kicked my meds! Eventually you will want to level out and give your body a break for a few weeks or a month or so at a time while you are doing this where you practice strict protein and carb control to keep the sugars in line and your weight even! LOL I don’t call it maintenance per se, just a step up to where I’ll be with a final WOE so I don’t let loose of all the controls all at once and spring back. 🙇🏻‍♀️ I lose much slower now but my carbs are much higher and my goals are on non-processed foods and overall good health for my ailing bod which has problems🤦🏻‍♀️so I do some different things to others. You But the principle is the same. Fats satisfy hunger. Ketosis burns reserves carbs are immediately used or stored, protein is used to rebuild muscle as it’s broken down through activity. Fats are also majorly important, good fats, to brain health. ! So cutting too many leads to stupid, obese people.. hmmm! LOL 😆 Where do we see that?
