I thought that I completed that...5'3". Yes, December 2016--my all time high of 138!

Was curious as I only have 5 lbs. to go also. I've already lost 5 lbs. & figure the next 5 will be difficult. Are you on a special diet?

No special diet. I try to eat healthy but won't give up a glass or two of wine and have a sweet tooth! Until age 45 I was able to eat anything and never gained weight. My focus is having my clothes fit and getting stronger. Finally got back to SGT yesterday and took two classes with Ryan. BWB and new Pump City Class.

I enjoy wine also but don't have a sweet tooth. However, I love rice, pasta & potatoes which is just as bad. I also eat a lot of fruit. I've dropped the starches/fruits/wine & lost 5 lbs. in a week (but also tracked my calories & kept them at 1200). I expect the next 5lbs. will be more difficult. I have the same focus as you - just want to fit in my clothes better & be stronger.

My preference is "portion control" vs. cutting out totally. I also plan to take 2 SGT classes a couple days a week instead of one. I received a gift for formal tennis lessons this Christmas too. Hope to take them soon and then play tennis more frequently. Looking forward to getting stronger and working towards my goal with you!
