Supper last night at 7 pm -chili w pasta and garlic toast. Good. Ate too much.

Binged about 1 am. By accident. I was looking in cupboard for some dried prunes to eat to help be regular. Found a pouch 216g brownie mix to make a 6x8 pan... don't remember when I bought it or why??? Went to bed, but I could not sleep as I was thinking about the brownie mix. I ended up getting up and making in at 1:45 am. How utterly ridiculous!!! I made it, using 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce + 1 tbsp oil, instead of 1/4 cup butter. It did not rise. I let it cool in pan & I even made icing and then sat in front of TV and ate the whole damn thing. Felt sick to my stomach and did not dare go back to bed right away till I began to feel better. I am entering it as breakfast today.

Sleep: 5 1/2 hours. To bed at 3am but unable to fall asleep till after 5 am. Up with alarm at 10:30 am. Hope today fares better.
