second day of my detox today - yesterday was definitely a success despite all my caffiene/sugar withdrawl headaches. i'm feeling much better today (though i have to admit i took some paracetamol this morning - i need to do work and i had a terrible headache still). apple for breakfast, big salad for lunch and plenty of water. i feel really motivated, i apparently lost 4lbs or so since i weighed in yesterday morning at 110 and my stomach looks totally flat...worth the caffiene headaches!
