Having a hard time getting started. I like to ride my bike to much. I run out of energy only eating the foods on the diet. I know i'm not suppoesed to do that much exercise but i have to stay in shape. If I don't ride reg. I get out of condition. May have to change diets or skip phase 1.

2 choices: hold off on cycling during a 2 week detox only, or, go to phase 2 and add some healthy carbs- but add one per week to watch for sensitivites.can have 2 of tose carbs per day- see bok. I strongly recommend though that if you want the full liver detox, you hold off on cycling for 2 weeks and guve yourself a clean detox. good luck!
