yesterday was a feast day.. ate within the 6 hour window....first meal was a feast of a huge salad and protein around noon. last meal was a handful of pecans at 6pm .. approx 1500 calories. today Lunch and dinner with friends. will skip Thursday (fast) and eat Friday.
