Weight went up again today. Followed diet very closely yesterday except for 1/4 small kit kat bar. Maybe too much cheese or tomato sauce? Feel very bloated today. Clothes are tighter.

after work: ate parmesan cheese crisps w/ cream cheese 1/2 chipotle chicken bowl (chicken, sour cream, cheese, mild salsa, guac, lettuce) 2 slices american cheese "breadsticks" with ca. 1/4 c. tjs alfredo

yesterday after work= STARVING. didn't get any food until ca. 10/10:30. slept in too late & DH forgot to bring breakfast. had small lunch. snacked like crazy in afternoon.
