Hi Friends!

I've had alot of difficulty lately getting into the site for some reason...a technical problem with my log in!!

Since my little cheating breakdown, I have NOT cheated and won't even think about it!!!

This is a lifestyle change for me...but I mean that by saying, I'm not going to not eat carbs the rest of my life...but I will ALWAYS be careful of what I put in my mouth. My portions were a really big problem for me.

I know that when I do lose this weight, I'll have some more breathing room...just not now. I will NEVER stuff my face again like I used to...that's a lifestyle change for me.

I also plan to eat more veggies... I have every intention of indulging myself with pastas, cookies, and cakes again...but when this weight is off...I will do it in moderation and I will NEVER stop exercising.

That has become a part of my life and I'm actually learning that I enjoy pushing my body. Exercise just kinda has a way of melting stress!!! It's definitely a part of my recovery plan!

I have missed you guys and am glad to be back! Hopefully no more tech problems will occur when I check in tomorrow!!!

I know I've lost weight but I'm not weighing in until Feb. 1st...not even weighing myself AT ALL!!! I need to notice weight loss in other ways...so it's a body issue, not just a number. Can't wait for Feb. 1st!!!

I'm glad you're back! I am thinking that I'm not having any more cheat days until I reach my goal. I'm trying to talk myself into it. It just isn't worth the way I feel for DAYS afterwords. I love feeling great and like I'm really doing well for myself. I also love the feeling of when I'm excercising, though it's hard to drag myself to the gym I always find my energy when I get there. Welcome back. <3

Realizing that you have a problem with carbs and then finding a way to realistically deal with them is a large part of the battle. When I'm on maintainence I have the occasional piece of birthday cake just like anyone else. The key is stopping at one piece and having the occasions be few and far between. Also choosing things like whole grain pasta over that made with white flour is another step in the right direction. There are so many good products out there for us to choose, we just have to wade through all of the bad stuff to find them! Glad to hear your resolve is so good, keep it up. If you have tech problems try clearing your cookies and that should help with the login problems.
