Let's be honest. When you do not do what you are supposed to do, you get the results you do not want. It's pretty simple. And starting the 14th round on Christmas day wasn't the greatest, but at least I checked off all the containers and then some. I have struggled with focus. I have struggled with eating too much. I have struggled with drinking too little water. I have struggled with way too many carbs. (Why can't I binge on fresh veggies???) Yet despite all the struggles, here I am, working on getting back into the routine and not re-injuring my oblique. :)
